of thinking, if Therand were to be reworked, he would get a new skin, boosted stats, and an Epic weapon! It's SCIENCE!
- Chemist Therand!
New Epic: Doom-Box!
- Chance to deal x2 damage, and hit all enemies!
- Freezes, Burns, and Shocks the target enemy!
- Increases Hp, Attack, and Crit!
(Doom-Box still counts as a basic attack, and resets Therand's Alterations)
- I'm a Chemist!: Therand's vast knowledge of Chemistry grants all allies 30% increased Fire, Poison, and Shock damage. He also reduces damage that his team takes from Fire, Poison, and Shock damage by 30%. Allies have an increased chance to apply these debuffs, and to resist them.
- Mix-n-Mess: Therand's abilities deal 10% more damage when used consecutively. Stacks at 50%. Using a basic attack resets this bonus.
- Royal Chemistry: When on a team with Valkin, other allies' abilities will contribute to his Mix-n-Mess bonus damage, Dwarf allies will deal 1.2x bonus damage to enemies for each debuff on them, and Dwarves will have an increased chance to inflict debuffs with their abilities.
- Unnatural Remedies: Dealing damage to enemies afflicted by Fire, Poison, Shock, Freeze, Chill, or Disease will heal the attacking hero for 5% of the damage dealt, per debuff. If on a team with Valkin, this healing is doubled for Dwarf allies.
- Just Add Water: Therand's regular basic attack, but now deals magic water
damage. Also resets any Alterations on Therand's abilities. For each Altercation reset, Just Add Water deals .35x extra damage.
- Chemical Detonator:
Therand throws a chemical bomb, dealing ranged magic damage to all enemies, and Dazes the target.
Alteration: Chemical Rockets will apply a random debuff to every target hit.
Alteration: It Will Blend! will deal extra damage, and Daze the target.
- Chemical Rockets:
Therand launches rockets to deal ranged magic damage to all enemies and lower Defense.
Alteration: Chemical Detonator will deal extra damage, and Daze all enemies.
Alteration: It Will Blend! will apply 2 random debuffs to the target.
- It Will Blend!:
A strong physical melee attack on one target.
It Will Blend!
Alteration: Chemical Detonator will deal extra damage, and buff ally Crit.
It Will Blend!
Alteration: Chemical Rockets will buff ally Defense and lower enemy Attack as well.
Note: Alterations last 3 turns until consumed or until Just Add Water is used, and affect abilities separately. For example, after using Chemical Detonator, Therand's Chemical Rockets and It Will Blend! abilities will be altered. Using Chemical Rockets will consume the Altercation, but It Will Blend! will still be altered for 2 more turns afterwards. Alterations can also stack in this way, such that using 2 abilities will allow the 3rd ability to have 2 Alterations on it. Remember kids, science is safe, and
