(BASE)
FROST CAPE I: team members have 25% increased resistance to freeze, chill and frostbite.
WATER SCOUT I: increase skill by 10% for water allies.
CHILLING TOUCH III: have a high chance to chill the target on a basic attack.

(1RST ASCENSION)
FROST CAPE II: team members have 35% increased resistance to freeze, chill and frostbite.
WATER SCOUT II: increase skill by 15% for water allies.
CHILLING TOUCH IV: have a very high chance to chill the target on a basic attack.

(2ND ASCENSION)
FROST CAPE III: team members have 50% increasead resistance to freeze, chill and frostbite.
WATER SCOUT III: increase skill by 25% for water allies.
CHILLING TOUCH V: have an extremely high 9chance to chill the target on a basic attack.
WISDOM OF THE ANCIENTS: increase casters attack by 5% and defense by 10% per casters, casters will purge a buff on basic attacks and 2 buffs on basic critical attacks.

+ABILITY CHANGES+

(NORTHERN GALE)
-cooldown reduced to 7.
-will now chill and freeze.

(CHILLING BLAST --> ARCTIC SPELL)
-ranged water magical attack on a single target, will cleanse all "chill" debuff on all ennemies, the damage of the attack is multiplicated by the number of "chill" removed.

(FROSTY BOLT --> RAPID FIRE ICE SPELL)
-ranged water magical attack on a single ennemy with a chance too freeze followed by 6 magical projectiles that targets ennemies at random with minor damage and a small chance to frostbite.

+EPIC+
-up to 30% chance to deal 2.5x more damage and to recharge northern gale.
