Struggling to communicate with Support

I have tried to buy the New Boss Bundle a couple of times via Amazon. I get a receipt but don't get the goods. I have tried to get to Support but the website is just sending me in circles. Is this a Kindle issue?


  • Not sure what you mean by 'via Amazon'. The purchase in made in-game, nothing to do with Amazon.

    Use the in-app support. Click on your ID top left, Options, Feedback.

    If you don't get satisfaction within a week contact your credit card company and raise the issue. They can reverse/stop/credit the payments until the company supplies the goods or show they have supplied the goods you have paid for.
