    We aren't currently getting other reports of connection issues, so that suggests that this is a device related problem. Assuming your internet connection is stable, have you:tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

  • I am having the same issue on my iPad. My iPhone account has no issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled and have the same problem

    Have you tried turning your device off and back on again? I'm not seeing anything that would block your account from logging in.

  • I have. Same problem. For username El_Perrito is the one with the issue.
  • Running iOS 11.1.2 on iPad Pro. Tons of memory. I have tried on 2 WiFi networks and over cellular.

  • My ElPerro account is logged in. My El_Perrito is not and is the problem.

    @ElPerro: Are you trying to log into your El_Perrito account with your phone at all, or only your iPad?
    @CrookedPenguin: Are you trying to log into the account with your forum username, or a different account? If so, is that the account you're using on both devices?

    You may need to clear your game data by going to Options>Apps>Dungeon Boss>Clear Data. To avoid losing access to your account, be sure to create a Big Fish account before clearing your data. This can be done by going to your profile in the game and tapping Account>Account Settings. After that, you should be able to get into the game and then log into your account again.

  • i m also having issues logging in. It keeps telling i can not connect to the server. I ve tried restarting my ipad and reseting the internet connection. All other internet functions are working.

    Tengo el mismo problema en mi tableta y en mi telefono Android. He hecho todo lo que ha recomendado y aun así no puedo pasar de la pantalla de carga.
