I can’t login!

I haven’t been able to login for four days. An error message pops up halfway through the loading. The screenshot is attached.

    If you are able to log into the game now, but aren't able to get into your account, contact customer support and they'll help you get your account back. First, just make sure you can log into the game itself. :)

  • Great, got kicked out of the game at today's reset and can't get back in. Game starts to load then kicks back to my phone. Wtf is going on?!? :(
