  • A guild mate had trouble with a rune he purchased disappearing. His ticket number is 2073. Filed January 10th. I see all the complaints on here on lack of customer service it makes we wonder how many people just kept quiet and left.

    I sent my ticket saying I lost mail on 1/16. Today I got a response asking me what was lost. So much for “known issues”. Can’t wait to see what they send me in two more weeks.

    I think the object of the long wait is so that you can’t ask for an Apple refund.
  • For the sake of fairness, I did receive the guild rewards this morning.

    The resolution is satisfactory, but the time it took to get there was ridiculous.
