I don't remember when I made the dude at the top, but the time and date should be on his page somewhere.

I use an app called Autodesk Sketchbook on my iOS devices!

Just looked through these drawings. There are really some nice ones here.
My favorites are Alder and Omega.
Wish DB would use some of these.

Just realized Kaito's sword can only be used for slashing and not really for stabbing.

If he tries to stab, the dragon hilt blocks the blade from going more than a few inches it seems.

Maybe make the sword longer so that the dragon head hilt doesn't block so much of one side of the sword.

What can be said about Kaito?

He just doesn't like stabbing. He always scoops up food with a spoon, even if he's supposed to use a fork. He loves using knives though, even if the food doesn't require them.

(Oh and I just figured DB's attack animations are usually just like: hero jumps in front of enemy, waves sword around, jumps back, so I didn't really think about it -3-")

Plus I'm pretty sure I merged all the layers on that drawing? And my art app updated since then and all the tools are new and different, so long story short it's really hard to go back and edit my older heroes' artwork.

THAT BEING SAID...

I am planning this summer to try and re-draw most if not all of my "older" hero ideas (includes lists 1 and 2, and the first few on this list), so eventually when I'm a better artist I may just re-draw Kaito entirely. Will probably be a while until then, but still possible.

So today, while I was at my desk, doing mind-numbing bust work for a high priority customer, I actually had this grande idea, some may even call it an epiphany, to start a few threads on hero ideas - I was going to make it a series for my youtube channel. That being said, it looks like I will be playing 2nd fiddle here!
@JackHallow666 do you do the artwork yourself? I have hero ideas, but my creativity is limited by my lack or artistic talent!
If you would like your artwork viewed on youtube, I'd gladly feature it and give you a shoutout, in favor of a quick mock-up sketch for my ideas.
I am planning on getting this started soon, so hit me up if you are interested!

It sounds interesting, but I have a couple concerns:

1. If I started drawing heroes for you for free, I'm sure a few others would start asking, too. Eventually I would just be too overwhelmed and nobody would be getting anything. I also don't have a PayPal or any good way for people to pay me, so I wouldn't treat it as a job nor a requirement. In other words, if someone sent me a hero idea I deemed interesting, and I was in the mood to draw, I might draw it. But that's about as far as I'd go. I likely wouldn't be willing or able to draw everyone's hero ideas, all the time.

2. If you're putting them on Youtube, just give me credit. Should be easy enough, just a little mention in the video and perhaps a link to my account here. No biggy.

No worries - I can see where you are coming from - draw for one person and suddenly everyone is knocking on the door! I see the same thing with video creation. I'll figure out another plan for the artwork!

A fan-made hero portal, while very unlikely, would be awesome! I think it should be called the Fan Portal or the Imagination Portal, since lots of "my" hero designs are other peoples' ideas I've only simply drawn.
