    @Dumbo0321 if you bought the pack with the intent on using the gems for the PvP event, request a refund. CS won’t respond until after the event is over.

    @Dumbo0321, as I said, customer support can take up to three days to respond. If they haven't responded by 4:30pm CST today, let me know and I'll escalate things with them, but I can't do anything until then.
