Paid for but didn't Receive

I paid for a loot bundle but didn't receive it. Checked my bank statement and was charged. Happened at about 4:50 ET today, 10/10/2018.

Please help, thank you.

    We had a momentary issue with our purchase processing, but have resolved it now. If you close and reopen the game, your purchase should be processed. :)
