Locked out after new update

Sent messages to CS and Joel on line app. I can’t access my account. The “forgot” link is broken somehow for two of my accounts. I get mail so I know it’s not my side. I’ve gotten the CS auto reply to my email account with no issues. Checked spam and junk. I have tried on multiple devices over the last 24hrs to get the reset password email for the new update but can’t. This is the last place to look for help as I can’t seem to get it any other way, heck if this even works to get your attention. Please help!!
